說起沙律，我想家庭中最平常的莫過於薯仔沙律，幾隻蛋幾個薯仔加些「奇妙醬」就是了，而我喜歡加入蘋果和一些蔬菜，令原本的沙律增添色彩和纖維。沙律醬就喜歡用日式的BB醬/蛋黃醬，出來效果與日式薯仔蛋沙律相近，配料的組合十分隨意，大家可以一試。
